The Paww Spa LLC provides professional pet grooming services, including but not limited to bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming and buffering, ear cleaning and plucking, flea baths, medicated baths, hand stripping, and tidy-up services.
Services may be provided in-shop or via mobile grooming, depending on the appointment selected.
You understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets, especially those who are anxious, elderly, aggressive, medically sensitive, or unfamiliar with grooming environments.
Despite our fear-free, one-on-one approach, grooming carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Minor nicks or scratches
Nail quicking
Skin irritation or allergic reactions
Stress-related responses
By agreeing to these terms, you accept these inherent risks.
Your pet’s safety is our top priority.
If, at any time, continuing a groom becomes unsafe or detrimental to your pet or the groomer, the service will be stopped immediately. You will be contacted for pickup, and future grooming options — including coordination with your veterinarian regarding anxiety medication or sedation — may be discussed.
You confirm that your pet is in good general health and free of contagious illness at the time of service.
A current Rabies vaccination is required for all grooming services.
Other vaccinations recommended by your veterinarian are expected.
We understand that some pets have vaccine intolerance and will work with owners when possible; however, Rabies vaccination is mandatory.
Proof of vaccination may be required prior to service.
You agree to fully disclose all relevant information regarding your pet, including but not limited to:
Medical conditions
Allergies or sensitivities
Behavioral or aggression issues
Previous grooming difficulties
Failure to disclose accurate information may result in refusal of service or early termination of grooming.
In-Shop Appointments: Minimum 24-hour notice required
Mobile Appointments: Minimum 48-hour notice required
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the following fees:
In-Shop: $35
Mobile: $50
Tardiness:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. If time allows and a groomer is available, completion of the groom is at the groomer’s discretion.
By agreeing to these terms, you release The Paww Spa LLC and its staff from liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from reasonable grooming practices, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
All grooming services are requested voluntarily. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to discuss services, concerns, and expectations with The Paww Spa LLC prior to grooming.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction.
These terms apply to all SMS messages sent or received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by The Paww Spa LLC.
